We know how important maintaining corporate confidentiality is to the success of your business. While our approach to confidentiality and exclusivity limits our Retailer client base, we are proud to offer this loyal and unique non-compete protection for our preferred Retailer client relationship.

Strategic & Tactical Site Location

To enable the Retailer to make fully-informed economic decisions on where to best locate new stores, we evaluate geographic regions nationally and identify target markets suitable for development, based upon the Retailer's criteria for successful stores, considering: distribution, advertising, demographics, plan-o-gramming, traffic patterns, population density and competitor vulnerabilities, among other factors for success.

We present to the Retailer, the entirety of all available properties in each targeted market proactively generated, along with our recommendations and experienced reasoning, in a highly professional manner, guided by three decades of experience, and supported by expert market research and due diligence capabilities.

Entitlements

While under the cover of anonymity if desirable, we engage a national network of state & local government economic support liaisons, along with local entitlements professionals, to obtain all approvals and entitlements in a capital and time-efficient manner.

Construction & Opening

With a flexible and economical open-book relationship, we provide equity funding, obtain very competitive financing, and engage local, first-class, bonded contractors, to deliver turn-key new stores or pad-ready groundleases to the Retailer client we serve.
